A Halloween survey

Hello grade 2's and global friends!  Please take a moment to complete this survey.  As we approach Halloween I was wondering about what costume I might pick for our class puppet Suzie.  Based on the results of this survey I will decide if I should dress her up as a bat or if I should pick a different costume.
